Return/Exchange Policy

For exchanges: In the event that you receive items that are in a damaged, broken, or defective state, or are otherwise not usable, we ask you to kindly notify us within 10 days from the receipt of your order. Please ensure that such items are sent back to us within 15 days, in their original packaging. Upon receipt, we will expedite the process of exchanging these items with the correct and functioning products.
For returns: Should you decide to return any products without seeking an exchange, we are more than willing to accommodate your request and issue a refund via the original payment method utilized for the purchase. We appreciate your patience, as refunds to credit cards typically require 3 to 5 business days for processing. As an alternative, we can also apply a credit to your account, simplifying future purchases.
We stress the importance of notifying us and returning the items within the outlined timeframe. Late returns may not align with our terms and conditions, which may lead to an inability to provide compensation.
